1. What we collect

When you place an order or send a custom request we collect: your name, email address, shipping address, order details, and any print idea you describe. We do not require an account.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Your card or payment credentials go directly to the provider; we never receive or store full card numbers. The providers' own privacy policies apply to their processing.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to fulfil orders, produce custom pieces, provide support, and — only if you ask for it — send updates about drops. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share order data only with the partners needed to fulfil it: production studios (to make and pack your piece), shipping carriers (to deliver it), and payment providers (to process payment).

5. Custom artwork

Source artwork for custom pieces is deleted after production, as described on the Custom page. Your order records (name, address, order contents) are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.

6. Cookies and local storage

The site uses browser local storage to remember your shopping bag on your device. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@polygateai.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the rights provided by the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
