Shipping Policy

1. Production time

Every piece is made to order. Production takes approximately 2–5 business days before dispatch. Custom pieces begin production only after you approve the final print.

2. Where we ship from and to

Orders for the EU and UK are printed and dispatched from London. Orders for the US and Canada are printed and dispatched from Montreal. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–8 business days. Other destinations: contact support@polygateai.com before ordering.

3. Costs and tracking

Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before payment. Every shipment includes tracking, sent to your email at dispatch.

4. Duties and taxes

Orders shipped within the region they are produced in (EU orders from London to the UK/EU; US/Canada orders from Montreal) normally do not attract additional import duties. Where duties or import taxes do apply at your destination, they are the customer's responsibility.

5. Delays and lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days or a parcel is marked lost, email us — we will chase the carrier and reship or refund.
