1. Who we are

This website, polygateai.com, is operated by Polygate AI LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE #12883, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("Polygate", "we", "us"). Contact: support@polygateai.com.

2. What we sell

We sell apparel and accessories featuring prints created with generative tools and refined by hand. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Products are made to order: production begins after your order is confirmed.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal); we do not store your card details. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error); if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.

4. Made-to-order and custom items

Standard catalog items may be returned under our Refund & Return Policy. Custom (bespoke) pieces are produced to your individual specification and are final sale, except where the item is defective or not as described, or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

5. Limited editions

Edition sizes stated on product pages are binding on us: once an edition sells out, that print is not re-run.

6. Intellectual property

All prints, images, and text on this site are the property of Polygate AI LLC or its licensors. Purchase of a garment does not transfer any rights to the underlying artwork.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
